Spring Yellow

The Yogi (our cat) saga continued today with another trip to the vets. This time he was sedated and x-rays taken to try to find out why he's been being sick and lost so much weight. The scans didn't show anything bad which is a relief. He's come home with a shaved tummy and a very suspicious look in his eye. Poor thing.

A day working from home for both of us, this little crop of daffodils have appeared in the past few days so it was time to blip them.

It was the "album sleeve" competition at the camera club tonight. A couple of weeks back we were given a simple overlay (in white or black) with a surround and title. We had to come up with square images that would make a good album sleeve all using that same overlay. There were some great entries and quite a task for the judge. No winners from me but the best image certainly won on the night.
