Akaroa

A beautiful evening down by the harbour, boats bobbing around on a slight breeze, kids throwing stones into the sea, gulls and terns gliding along and a cruise ship departing in the background, it was warm and ever so pleasant, lovely to have fellow blipper JMK by my side.

We've arrived in this small town, love the village atmosphere with a French and Maori influence which is absolutely 'buzzing' today with tourists. We unpacked and took a wander through the wilderness of J's garden which we hope to tame over the next few days but just for now we're enjoying a wine, some food and this amazing view.
