I find that to focus on the here and now and be mindful of the little delights life has to offer can refocus my mind and give it a mini respite from the sorrows life doles out to all.
  A good friend told me about a book called The Lakotah Way....I just got it and look forward to reading it.  If you still think Donald Trump is a good choice see the documentary You've Been Trumped and see what he did to the environment and homes in a lovely part of Scotland.  He must be stopped.
