Cookie Factory

The old cookie factory off of N. Boulevard has been closed ever since I've been in the city. I've heard that the property has been sold (a rumor supported by the removal of the real estate signage) and is slated to be transformed into apartments. Ya know, just like every other old factory in this city. As much as I love all of the re-purposed residences I'm afraid that Richmond will soon be nothing more than a place to live. We will have the largest neighborhood in the country and everyone will commute to the suburbs to work. Oy.

At any rate, I find this building oddly attractive.
