Caerhays Castle Gardens

We have arrived in Cornwal1.
As usual we stopped off at Caerhays Castle Gardens , one of the Great Gardens of Cornwall.
They hold the NCCPG National Magnolia Collection and the original home of the world famous Williamsii Camelias.
There was a cold wind today, but it stayed fine and we had a lovely walk round the grounds, through the woods, and then down to the beach.
The early magnolias were now past their best, but there were other later ones just starting to flower.
Hope you like the collage, which gives you an idea of how beautiful this place is.
I remember the first time my father took us here about 47 years ago.
We both fell in love with the place, and it is always a highlight of our visit to Cornwall.
