Another red bird

Yesterday's red bird at the Botanical Garden was, as I said then, exotic. Today's male cardinal is just as red but far from exotic. Cardinals are common in most of North America and are the state bird of Ohio and at least five other states. However, their familiarity doesn't detract from their beauty, and they provide bright spots of color on dreary winter days.
