Buzzards

The very blue blue comes courtesy of Picasa's auto-contrast, it was never that blue today.

I enjoyed watching these two buzzards riding the same thermal and I like the silhouettes.

We've started work in our garden.  It has to be said that the previous  owners were not overly blessed with gardening skills - plants that like the sun are in shady spots and plants that like shade are in the sunny spots.  And the plants they chose were not great choices.

Anyway, G studied landscape architecture and she's going to re-design the thing.  I will chip in with labour.  Three big bushes have now bitten the dust, they've been chopped up small and are now in bags to be taken to the dump.
