How many monkeys can you see?

Welcome to Fairy Park! Apparently this was the first theme park in Australia. Back in the 60s, German family built grottos, caves, dwarves cottages and a castle for princesses, with a tower for rescuing princes to scale - mostly out of concrete.
It has past its glory days, but the lick of paint has helped it a lot. All 4 kids enjoyed peeking inside the tiny houses to see the scenes of favourite fairy tales and pressing the button to hear the story.
The playground had "forgotten" to replace the ageing metallic equipment with primary coloured plastic objects, and thus provided endless opportunities for different aged kids to improvise and make fun for themselves.

The girls were struck at how unpleasant some of those Grimm Brothers stories were. I wonder if a publisher would have touched them these days?
