Porridge

Emergency blip today as we are rushing around seeing friends and family in the south. Coffee and catch up with artist friend followed by lunch with Dad and No 2 son. Dad wasn't in the greatest form which was a pity.

This was porridge for breakfast - filling plus tasty. Yay.
