Monomonday: Leap

I thought I'd join in with the MonoMonday frolicking with this leap at the edge of Combe Hill Wood on Street Hill. Tess was at the business end of the camera.

There's not been much to jump for joy about today, otherwise. Tess's Dad is still not at all well and the doctor spent a long time assessing him and discussing treatment options with us today. We're all hoping a course of stronger antibiotics might do the trick without him having to be admitted to hospital.

After that, we went to visit our friend David's wife, Angie and spent a couple of hours reminiscing, laughing (and shedding a few tears.)

Tonight is the first "Keep Fat" session since David passed away. He'd run the whole thing for over 30 years and many of us have been going for much of that time so it's bound to be an emotional evening.

Hope to have time to catch up tomorrow.
