5 Minutes To Kick Off

...... and the stands were looking empty before tonight's game at home to Mansfield.

It looked as though a large number of fans had voted with their feet in the light of Yeovil's rather lacklustre performances, which was a shame as in the first half we actually played some of the most entertaining football we've seen from us at Huish Park in a long while.

Sadly, in the second half with the very strong wind behind us we resorted to our recent tactic of lumping long balls up field to little effect and the game petered out into another goalless draw. At least we edged a furthe point away from the relegation zone.

The official attendance was nearly 2800 but they must have included absent season ticket holders as there didn't look to be anywhere near that number in the ground.

The morning's golf round was one of the best all three of us have played in ages.
