Next Steps...

Had to pick up insoles for the snowboard boots as the default ones seem to have obliterated in their 2 year loft hibernation and tesco receipts really isn't a long term solution.

As I kinda slightly hobbled across town to the shop to be presented with a myriad of replacement insoles from rubber to leather and poiniently, cushioned, it dawned on me that my flat soled skate shoes are probably responsible for a bit of my pedestrian frailty.

I may invest in a set of sports cushioned insoles as part of the get skating better/easier plans.
