It's Always Worth the Effort

I did not feel like going out ski touring this morning, it was so grey and still snowing. The first part of the route was in the shadow and so cold, as we skinned to the high summer alpage of Bovonne. With the first chalet came the sun, the high villages are where they are, for just that reason. Then we were on the ridge directly opposite the Grand and Petit Mouveran, looking down into the Nant Valley. More of this spectacular place here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/hilarysview/? We skied down in perfect powder with the next front speeding in towards us.

I just got back home in time to zoom off to the cinema to see the film called, Demain(http://www.demain-lefilm.com/en) for a second time, with it's positive scenarios for community contribution to help our world climate crisis. Now relaxing in front of the telly watching Murray getting tired!

Hope you have had a great weekend.
