Spring:- A Reminder

We're not quite there yet.

We woke up to it snowing and I've had enough of cold.  So it's been a heating-on-rubbish-film-thick-socks kind of day.  And it'll probably stay that way.

It was election day here - and because it wasn't a national ballot I am allowed to vote.  With a very generous 94 votes and two massive ballot papers.  And so I did.

It'll be interesting to see the results.  I'm no psephologist but I'm expecting to see a bit of a fear reaction in how people have voted.

Just had a look at the local newspaper and they reckon that AfD have around 18% (after about 20% of the count) (AfD is a bit like UKIP and they've been playing the "foreigners are bad" card quite unsubtly).  I didn't vote for them.
