No more slides!

We did it!  We looked at every slide we could find…  thousands, maybe  7-8?…..we started in Jan 2014, then did another batch in Jan 2015 (must be some sort of New Years’ thing) and now we finished up and will send off tomorrow to Scancafe to digitize them…. 

After an errand run to University village shopping mall (on a sunday, something we have vowed never to do) for 5 separate shops in heavy rain squalls and full out sun, we looked at the last set of slides I could find, and then had a little time to play with the computer..  added a few that have already been scanned by this place ==from 1952, 1966, 1969 and  1973    I was interested in the red fire engine birthday cake for #1’son’s 3rd birthday as I’m trying to figure out how to make a “deadpool" cake for Oskar’s birthday tuesday at his request… one of the reasons for the venture out today…  We’ll see…..    

If you look at it large you can almost make out me and my Dad and dog in 1952, H and baby 1966, son on his 3rd birthday and the 2 sons in about 1973 in AZ.
