Morning mist

A quick snapshot before leaving for work,
I love when the morning mist enter the scene
and stay for a short while before temperature rise.

Happy International Women's Day!
In Norway we are scoring high on gender equality, but don't let that fool you. Women earn less than men, there are more women in part time jobs than men, there are more men i leading positions than women and so on. 
Beside our national inequality, this year we also have focus on women on flight from war.
