View across the bay to Dundee

A lovely day - almost springlike.

We had a very pleasant morning Coffee and Cake date with fellow Blippers, Beachcomber and Apothecary 7 before they move to the west of Scotland. We have met them a few times and always find the time flies as we chat.

As we left, we stopped at a favourite spot on the Tay Estuary, which affords great views across to Dundee. The hill on the right is the Law and the one to the left of it is where the Observatory is situated. The Oil Rig in the Dock has been there many months - I think it is just 'parked' there because there is nowhere for its next commission.

The extra photo is from the same spot but looking to nearby Broughty Ferry, with the railway bridge and the Yacht Club.

In the afternoon I led our Church Bible Study - an interesting passage from Acts where a young fellow falls asleep because the Apostle Paul had been 'going on and on' so long! So, it is not just us normal preachers who send people to sleep.
