On the square by Centre Georges Pompidou

We woke up early (after a short night of only two hours +/- sleep) to drive to Keflavík and we were in the air at 8:30. It was a pleasant flight with Iceland Express and everything went according to plan. After landing at Aéroport Paris-Charles de Gaulle we decided to take the metro to city centre where our hotel is situated.

Luggage was left in the hotel and after a bit of freshening up we headed out to start our "touristing". First stop was Notre Dame. Such a magnificent building and history everywhere you look!

Then we walked around the streets near Centre Georges Pompidou and finally had dinner at a restaurant nearby.

After the meal we decided to go early to bed to catch up on our sleep and get some much needed rest. I was sound asleep in just a few minutes... so very tired.
