Aubergine and chickpea curry

Having only got in from work at 18:30 (having stayed for a drink with colleagues after we finished) curry was the last thing I should have been making. I was tired and grumpy and in need of a meal quickly.

The aubergine and chickpeas were cooked in coconut milk with chillies, mustard seeds, garam masala, onions and tomatoes.

The chillies I used were slightly too spicey and the meal dos not make enough sauce for the rice.

Not the worst dish I've ever made but I was in such a bad mood already that this did nothing to improve it!
