Is it a spaceship?

Another dry day ..... though not quite as warm & sunny as yesterday ...... in fact this area has the same temperature as the Shetland Isles! Not fair when the rest of you are basking in temperatures in double figures! But I'm not complaining really :-)

Had another walk ..... got to make the most of it ....... came across this tree ...... thought this looked rather like a spaceship with its blasters on burn ...... what do you think?

Extra: A small area of the little wood is flooded from the recent rain ....... these poor little Snowdrops were half submerged in the resulting pool.

Hubby is on a week's leave from tonight so blipping next week will probably be sporadic as we have a long 'to do' list & also hope to get out for a walk once or twice ..... so I'll catch up with you all when I can :-)
