       The local chapter of the Arizona Archaeological Society hosted an open house at this archaeological site today.

       There was a funeral Mass this morning for which the choir sang so I wasn't able to get to the open house until nearly mid-day.  The wind was blowing a gale (so what's new in the Round Valley?) but even so there was a steady stream of visitors walking up the 250' of elevation through the pueblo to the top of the cliff which affords grand views of the White Mountains from Greens Peak to Escudilla.
