Inverkeithing had its official ribbon cutting and councillor back slapping day.

It was a bit odd. Me and a couple of other invited bods were down there skating about at the allotted time but we were all but alone. Thought we'd been fed the wrong time.

About 5 minutes later the back door of the adjacent community centre spewed## forth into the skatepark.
