Foxlake Runners

I have previously featured a picture of runners on one of the Foxlake Runs in November where runners were crossing over the Bielwater Bridge. This is their final 13K race of the season. I particularly like these cross country races as the runners are a very mixed bunch, male and female, club runners and fun runners, old and young and a few cani-cross runners (ie. running with tethered dogs). On the way back from my walk I encountered one of the last runners miles behind the rest, when the the race stewards had disappeared and I particularly admired her dogged determination to complete the course whatever.
