Hopgill Beck

Clickychick was due to meet a young lady at the studio while I got on with jobs ready for setting up the lodge.  However I got a phone call saying the girl was ill and did I feel like a drive down Haweswater - who could refuse an offer like that.

It was a glorious spring day  and we decided to take some moving water shots at Hopgill Beck.  I did try the silky water shot but I ended up liking the fast shutter speed trying to freeze the motion.

I chose this one because to the naked eye there wasn't all that spray, just a couple of little streams of water hitting the rock and flowing over.
