Spiralling daylily

Hemerocallis sp.

A back garden blip: we've an exuberance of daylilies in our garden, and they are really quite charming. I like the flowers' various shades of orange against the green of the leaves, and this subtly spiralling specimen seemed satisfying.

I saw our local Song Thrush again this morning which was a jolly sight, and even took a couple of pictures of it through a hastily opened car window (...), but I'll blip it when I get a less snapshot photograph.
