At the vet

I'm waiting for Flynn's blood test results. They'll tell us if he can continue on the magic rejuvenating gloop that we squirt into his mouth each morning.

The guy at the counter was checking in his groggy pet rat. She was asleep in the hood of his jacket. I guess vets see all sorts.

p.s. Flynn passed with flying colours. His blood sugar's better than mine.
