Sprightly ponies

Today was a perfect day for a brisk walk in the fields opposite our house. The farmer has erected new electric fencing and the footpaths appear to take a different route. No cutting corners or wandering across the middle of fields now.

I met these two ponies as I was about to cross the stile into their paddock. With their upright ears and sprightly stance as they trotted towards me, I decided not to continue my circular walk but to retrace my steps. I am not very confident with horses unless there is a fence between us.

If I am able to add extras with this new app I will include a photo of the beautful bull that I met, on the other side of a fence, of course.
