Mummy's birthday today

Gorgeous day from start to finish. Pressies in bed with Esther and the boy followed by lots of shopping and lunch out. Didn't get back till gone seven so it meant blowing my candles out in our jimmys. Black Forest gateaux for breakfast it is then.

My present, despite my concerns about going abroad with Esther, was a weekend in Stockholm. After my initial rant I am coming round to the idea. I'm too soft, best get Esther a passport then.
