The strained diaphram

- turned out to be a racing heart beat. Mr P went off to the doctors to get himself checked out  because he felt a bit faint with pains in his middle when he ran or went uphill. The next thing I knew he was being was rushed off to the local hospital in an ambulance leaving me to rescue his car.   Heartbeat of 140 at rest is a bit high.  "Is there any history of heart problems in your family?" - yes his identical twin brother has a pacemaker.   That's the weekend's orienteering plans out of the window!
