Bead Gecko

WE have a son who has a crippling fear of dentists and has not been to one for over 20 years. We have tried to persuade him to go but failed until this week when the pain became unbearable he finally agreed for us to make him an emergency appointment. Try as we might (even using 111) the earliest NHS EMERGENCY appointment was 2 weeks hence. So we called our own dentist (not NHS) and managed to get him seen this afternoon. He had a full examination and has another appointment next week for extractions! He has more appointments for other work. Whilst I waited for him, alongside the magazines and books was a little bead Gecko – just had to capture it for today’s blip.
