Mid-Century

While on the Fourth Annual Mid-Century Home Tour  this morning, I spotted this 1966 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon. You know, the one with the split windshield that raises up for ventilation. I have a soft spot in my heart for VW vans and campers, having owned a 1969 VW Bus Camper back in the day. This red and white gem was in perfect condition, it's owner and his friends were doing the Tour in style! Not one photo of the five Mid-Cen homes that we looked at, though they were very cool, but here's the VW!
