Spring Equinox

It may be officially Spring but it's not very warm. I went down to the river at Luxton's Steps.and was glad of some warm clothing. I applied a warming filter to this image in Photoshop as I didn't want to chill you to the bone but it hasn't done much to take the chill off. Still that's the way things are. Looking the other way, it's a little warmer..

This seems to be my 1200th blip, but you don't get a red balloon for that one.
