Northward ho!

Slept badly thinking about all the things I have to do with not enough time to do them.  Started the day with calls to a doctor, a nurse and a carer.

It was our Sharing Solutions Conference today but it clouded over so there was no blue skies but a more overcast view to Fife.  It's from the rooftop garden of the Glasshouse Hotel.  You wouldn't know you were in the city centre.  I left early to go home and speak to an OT, write up notes and start filling in the budget. Busy evening ahead.
