Cat on a Tin Roof

We saw this cat from our back window this morning, when it spooked a couple of birds nearby.  It wandered around for perhaps three minutes, leaping up to a higher roof for a bit (for a better view?). This was near the end of its stay, when it jumped into the evergreen at the left side of this image--the jump was obscured, but the tree clearly shook from the cat's weight. I infer that it must have climbed the tree to get to the roof. We have never seen it before, indeed never any cat at all on the many roofs near our 4th floor apartment in Paris 13th. However, a cat did once appear outside a window next to our building (almost exactly a year ago in fact).

This image is a very small slice of this much wider view; the roof here is to the left of center there.   Many of you will recognize that my title pays tribute to Tennessee Williams's play, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof of 1955, which won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.   On the map, I've zoomed in and marked the cat's location quite precisely :)
