More Signs of Spring

Whilst I was out in my dressing gown this morning, filling up the bird feeder, it was good to note that it felt a little warmer than of late. There is a distinct increase in birdsong and bird activity in the garden too, lots of birds chasing each other around either to defend territory or attracting a mate.

“Spring was moving in the air above and in the earth below and around him, penetrating even his dark and lowly little house with its spirit of divine discontent and longing.”
Kenneth Grahame, The Wind in the Willows

Apologies for lack of comments...migraine again, but better now.
