Fishbox

I found this on a beach on Burray. I looked up the place and it is in County Waterford on Ireland's south-east coast. I know the fishermen do not mean to lose boxes, but I wish they had 'dun more' to stop this ending up on an Orkney beach.
It is a huge problem around the world though. I just read that the Pacific will have more plastic than fish in it soon. I will join in on the Bag the Bruck week that starts here soon, when people get out and clear various beaches of all the rubbish.
