Comfort

I've moved from my sister's to stay with a friend from uni days for the weekend. After lunch we decided to walk to the pub but it was closed and not open till 5pm!

Which meant we had to descend on my friend's friends. After a noisy welcome from their two dogs and the bottle of bubbly opened, I discovered there were 4 Blippers in the room (was this a blip meet?)

Tonight my index finger is painful and not at all supple - so I'm finding it difficult to do a lot. Carol came to the rescue with a hot water bottle in one hand and a cold wine bottle in the other! And she's cooking supper.

What more could I want? I may have to extend my stay
