A cold & wet Lake Glenbawn

We departed Narrabri around midday for our weekend break at Lake Glenbawn near Scone in NSW. The entire trip was in rain, with plenty of flooded lands and road shoulders. Nothing augered well for a pleasant weekend.

The picture shows the very dreary conditions than greeted us on our arrival at our designated cabin on the Eastern Foreshores of the Lake.
