Red Grouse

Today I went over to Yorkshire with a friend to watch Chester's game at Guiseley. We went early so we could do some geocaching in the area and had some success with finds on Baildon Moor and then closer to Guiseley. We were fortunate that the weather was pretty good in the morning and we enjoyed the walk at Baildon where I blipped this red grouse.

The weather deteriorated badly in the afternoon and I got completely soaked standing on the away end watching a 3-3 draw. Chester were one up at half time but let Guiseley back into the game and trailed 2-1 and then 3-2. Guiseley's third goal was scored on 90 minutes with Chester getting the equaliser in the 92nd minute.

Although there was some relief that we got at least a point it has been a blow to get only one point from two winnable Easter games.

As an extra I have included a photo taken on my iPhone before the rain really started to hammer down. For a better photo of the action from a Guiseley point of view look at this photo taken by sgwarnog
