Beautiful Day for the Beach

Back Blip from Akaroa...

It sure was a stunning day.. no wind and the sky was clear and it got really hot.

I took my first walk down the hill to the Village. The walk down was Ok but not the return walk. The sun was beating down on me and I just about didn't make it back. It was rather steep near the top.

There were so many people about and there wasn't even a Cruise Ship in. Just as well we didn't take the car as we wouldn't have gotten a park!

There was a busker playing on a mobile piano, which you can see in my extra shot. It was good just sitting there listening to him while as we were having a much needed ice-cream to cool us down.
