Chicken Cobb

We broke away from the conference and had lunch offsite. I decided to go with a lighter fare after the overindulgence yesterday. The presentation of this salad was so good that I couldn't help but to blip it. Trust me, it was as good as it looks. This area knows how to do good Italian and wine.
