A Little Off The Top Sir?

Our daughter and granddaughter came to visit today and after a short play with the Duplo we headed off to Lotherton Hall for a spot of lunch.

The intention was to take Jessica to the playground, but  a heavy downpour whilst we were in the café meant that we had to abandon that idea as everything was soaked, so we just wandered around the bird garden, which Jessica enjoyed.

These two were having a grooming session - and it looked like the one on the right was trimming the feathers on top of the other's head!  A few more on Flickr

At home again and we were playing in the lounge when there a was loud bang from the kitchen - and when I went to investigate the fridge door had been blown open and inside a can of cola had exploded! It had been touching the back of the fridge and frozen solid and decided to let go..it took ages to clean all the brown mess from inside
