Broadband failure

You don't realise how much you depend on wi fi and broadband these days until it fails - like ours did a couple of days ago . 
Thanks to this nice BT chap we are now up and running ( but it took 3 hours ) . Seemingly our external line has been faulty for ages and our broadband speeds should improve . We will see.
