Grotesque

or beautiful?

Arisaema consanguineum (I think) after flowering. The large leaves below belong to Arisaema candidissimum a popular blip recently. Not exactly your typical garden flower, these plants provide interest in a shady border after the Spring bulbs have long faded. Later the cluster of 'berries' will turn bright red.
