Ready to snorkel!

Last night we had an amazing dinner quite literally in the sand of the beach at the Fishbone restaurant. Abbie was the most adventurous of the four of us and had locally caught unicorn fish with a lemon butter sauce. It really was yum!
After a very lazy Sunday morning we drove to the North West of the island. The contrast between the South (very quiet and slightly worn out) and the High Rise Hotel area (it is literally sign posted like that) is enormous. Al the big hotel names have a resort here, one huge building after the other - it looked more like pictures of the Strip in Las Vegas to me. We drove past the hotels in amazement (and relief for me) to head even further north to Malmok beach, one of the island's top snorkelling sites. As is to be expected, the girls are again taking to snorkelling as fish to water :-)
