Fake City

This blip was taken inside The Ventian and in my opinion epitomises the word fake. It is nevertheless startlingly impressive as even the sky and light levels are fake to induce the feeling of constant twilight.

Other scenes that impressed us included the flower displays inside and the fountains outside The Bellagio, the lights at The Paris and the rides at The Stratosphere. The latter remains famous but frankly is now very much at the 'tired and due to be refurbished' end of town.

We also took in another impressive show tonight: The Mentalist, which whilst we know was a demonstration of trickery, still managed to baffle us.,

Finally we did have a flutter on the gambling tables. Well this is Vegas after all. I was twice lucky at roulette on numbers 2 & 15 :-)
