Nature's Artwork

I suppose I have always thought the definition of art was something displaying colour and form, the latter including shape and texture.

If this is so then I am inclined to think that Nature is an Old Master.

Indeed if I cut out this shattered tree and put it on a truck I might well take it to the Royal Academy and enter it as an Installation for the Turner Prize. It appeals to me more than some of the things which win prizes.
