Magnolia in the fog

This is what we woke up to this morning, a grey foggy morning and a magnolia tree shedding just as many petals as it's displaying. It is a bit melancholic, magnolias have such a beautiful bloom but it only lasts a week or two. The weather has become a bit better this afternoon, but the magnolia in the fog (and a bit of tampering with Nik to make the flowers show their pinkness even in the fog) is my offering for Flower Friday, with thanks to our host BikerBear.
