Aciwbigo

Heddiw es i i Fryste i gael triniaeth aciwbigo o fy ffrind Lékyi. Mae Lékyi wedi bod yn aciwbigydd am lawer o flynyddoedd, mae llawer o brofiad gyda hi. Mae problem gyda fi gyda fy mrest a fy anadlu.  Dw i'n gobeithio bod Lékyi yn gallu helpu. Treuliais i awr gorwedd i lawr, weithiau gyda nodwyddau yn fy mreichiau ac yn fy nghoesau. Roedd e'n eithaf hamddenol. Dw i'n aros nawr i weld beth sy'n digwydd nesa.

Today I went to Bristol to have acupuncture treatment from my friend Lékyi. Lékyi has been an acupuncturist many years, she has a lot of experience. I have a problem with my chest and my breathing. I hope that Lékyi can help. I spent an hour lying down, sometimes with needles in my arms and my legs. It was quite relaxing. I'm waiting now to see what happens next.
