Disused Railway Structures #4

This is Bridge 15. I have previously blipped Bridge 14. Part of an occasional series of disused railway structures

These bridges span the old Harrogate to Church Fenton railway line, near Thorp Arch, which is now a cycle route.

On the right hand side underside of the central arch there is a plaque (see extra) with some information about the line. It is dedicated to a Doug Raswon - however I cannot find any information about who this person was, presumably he was something to do with the project to set up the cycle route.

I did clamber up the bank on the far left side of this bridge to get an alternative view (it was rather muddy and a case of two steps up and slide back down one). The path over the top appears to be abandoned, behind the point where I stood at the top it was completely overgrown.
